From my initial contact with Paul Callaway to discuss marketing my property the personnel at Homes Partnership have been superb. I cannot fault them. They have been professional in all that they have done, done everything they promised to do and been willing to go that extra mile. Special mention must go to Sarah Evans (Client Liaison Manager) who has made the whole process run so smoothly by liaising with all parties involved and giving me regular updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends as the first point of call.

Great experience with Homes Partnership. My co freeholder and me had a damaged roof. Shannon has been brilliant with assisting us getting this fixed. She made contact to a reliable roofer, obtained the quote and arranged for the work to be conducted on the same day as the payment came in. Very efficient, professional and fast. Just wow! Oh wow!!!! Great people, very fast and reliable. We were previously with another agency and we were transferred to Homes Partnership 2 months ago. I strongly believe we are really well looked after by them. With previous agency I was affraid to call every time I had to because they told me I have too many problems. I was with Homes Partnership few years ago when we rented another house but after a short while we had to move because of landlord wanted his house back and then we didn't really need them(the agency) but I remember the process with the references and everything was so smooth and they were really kind and helpful. So big thumb up for you guys, you just amazing!! Keep up the good work. This worls needs more people like you!

The whole team were very helpful and it was very rare to call and not have someone immediately answer the phone to assist.

Paul came round initially to value and then photograph my house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

When Sarah was away there was always someone else in the friendly team to assist and Esme was extremely helpful covering and keeping me updated during that time.

We're so glad we ended up going with Homes Partnership! We had a few issues with our buyers solicitor but they were there every step of the way, pushing and getting things along. We got regular updates via email and phone, never had to chase them for things. Couldn't have asked for more and I would definitely recommend them... especially Paul and Sarah!
