Our purchase took just under 6 months, it was dragged out for a variety of reasons outside of our control, but we got there in the end. found a house they are renting on Rightmove - spent about an hour checking all then sent them a mail for the address to check actual locality which was another process to validate my address e mail et al - only to be told the house is not available having been let

so this lot are using nice looking property to fish for clients or they just too lazy to stay current - in any event I wouldnt do business with them under any circumstance
