Placed a deposit on a flat in Sloane House, withdrawn and now Graham Levy isn't responding to me after requests to return my deposit. Property was supposed to be finished in August and kept being delayed. All throughout no updates from Graham Levy. Had to continually chase him for updates when he did decide to answer his phone. Now, with the high rates on mortgages we withdrew. Requested refund of our deposit and for proof that Graham has requested this from Oakmont and low and behild Graham Levy won't answer my calls or e-mails or texts. Get a reply saying, "I was off and will get back to you" no reply. They still have my deposit, and Graham Levy had still not provided any proof that he has requested our deposit to be returned. My advise on if you are looking at one of the flats on Sloane House is to walk away. The service from Connels is awful and Graham Levy is pathetic. The absolute worst agency I have had to deal with.

I would rather give them a 0 star if only that was possible. My best advice for anyone who wants to get a mortgage. Go to a proper mortgage broker and they will give you the best advice. Not going straight to the Estate Agent and use whatever they recommend. We paid them already around £1000+ but not heard from Pritesh or Pritish since September 2021. We are unable to retrieve the money back as it is non-refundable. We've been requesting for a call back or even a message but no answer from him. We managed to get a wonderful house now with an amazing independent mortgage broker. Not what the estate agent recommendations. Be careful and protect your hard earned money.

I will start by saying that 6 years ago, I didn't have the best experience with Connells when buying my flat through them. However, I have completely changed my opinion on them since then. I had my flat up for sale with a different agent for four months with a few viewings, but no offers. Chase from Connells had proactively contacted me, researched sales in the area and explained to me the way that they work, and how he would push for mine to sell. I was eventually able to get out of contact with the other agent, and within a couple of weeks on the market with Connells, Charlie and the team had found me a buyer, and even better - it was a cash buyer. If you are looking to sell a flat in Aylesbury, I highly recommend using Connells. They know the market, and they will work hard to help you sell. The sale of the flat completed at the end of last year, and I bought a property via a different agent. I'm delighted at how smoothly everything went, and I'm grateful in particular to Chase for being proactive, polite and very approachable. He's a real credit to Connells.
