Cartwright Hands

We recently sold a rental property through Cartwright Hands and were highly impressed. In challenging market conditions they used their extensive contacts to secure a swift off market sale. Communication was great throughout the sale process. An excellent service.

I had an appointment to view a house at lunchtime yesterday and the estate agent didn't bother to turn up or have the courtesy to call me to say they could not attend. I called them from the house and they said they are not sure why the person is not there. I made another appointment to view the same house today and again did not bother to turn up they called me and said the person is now on the way they will be 15 minutes. It's only a 10 minute walk from the head office. Awful company. I'm glad I'm not selling my property through this company.

Having seen your response I will personally never deal with Cartwright Hands at all. No one contacted me and it was only on the 3rd attempt of turning up that I managed to view the property, with no explanation of why previous appointments were canceled. This is the first time I have heard about a full clean down required. (2 months after a initially posted a review)

I chose Cartwright Hands when I had a plot of land to sell. I dealt with Guy, who was both friendly and professional and helped me get the best price in a more than reasonable time frame. I would definitely use them again.

The staff at cartwright hands are incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to find you a property and get you moved in as soon as possible. They are really organised and on the ball and we will definately use them again if needed. A fantastic team.

Our experience of Cartwright Hands has been very positive. After our initial house sale fell through, they were very understanding and supportive allowing us additional time to find another buyer.

Shocking service. Called up to arrange a booking which had gone on line that day. I rang and left my details and was told I'd get a call back in 30 mins. Nothing. I had to call back 3 more times to be told there had already been 2 applications and they'd closed viewing. Obviously haven't been in a position to be homeless in a few months. Their response that they called back isn't true. No missed call. If they called why not leave a message.

It was one of those sales that took ages because of problems further down the line. The Cartwright Hands staff have been great throughout, organising cleaners because we couldn't and always being kind and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better service, thank you.
