We have just sold a house in Wimblebury through Boots. Firstly their valuer/sales guy, Stan Fenton, was friendly, professional and helpful through the whole process and got us £2500 more than we were expecting which paid all our agency and solicitors bills, secondly the support staff were just as good, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. We would thoroughly recommend Boot and Son.

I used Boot & Son to sell my mother's house. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I met Stan Fenton initially to discuss the sale of the house. He was really helpful, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Once the sale was in progress I had regular updates from Wendy Brown who liaised with my solicitor at every stage and kept me informed via email and regular phone calls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.

It has been a harrowing time trying to find the right house from other estate agents until coming upon Emily Choma from Boots and Sons who guided my partner from the very start of answering her queries and phone calls after the viewing and finally the application and to the keys for our new home so promptly and efficiency and with her upmost professionalism. We have just moved into our new home and I cannot fault the level of service from both Boot & Son and in particular Emily Choma. From start to finish Emily has been very helpful and very fast with responses to our queries and has gone above and beyond to help us get settled so thank you so much.

I strongly do not recommend renting through this company at all. With poor communication from members of staff, lacking information needed upon initial rental process and the general state of the property moving into being very unhygienic. This all led to a very stressful experience and would definitely not use them again.

I wanted to rent a house with my partner. We applied the first ones for it and they told us that we don't have the necessary budget to rent it..after almost 3-4 days..in the conditions in which we far exceeded the required budget. They rented another couple's house (on the grounds that we are not English), and then they found an excuse to take us out of the scheme. Now, after a month or so, they "bombard" my partner with offers. p.s. We rented a house immediately after you rejected us! Proof that you are a liar and that we fit perfectly in the budget chapter.

Boot & Son have given me exemplary service which is provided by a friendly and helpful team in all departments. They are efficient and professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent staff make you feel like you've known them forever, very polite and helpful, if only all agents had their approach buying or selling a house wouldn't be as stressful, God bless you all Nige n Berni Jarvis.
