As everyone one knows, moving house is one of the most stressful life events. William Charles supported us fully through the whole process. We switched from another agent and the difference in service was staggering. Through the selling process they consulted us and kept us informed. After the sale, Ian in particular , went above and beyond to minimize our stress and ensure the exchange happend in time for when we needed to complete. They have changed my jaded view of estate agents and I am so thankful for their excellent customer service throughout this process.

We just collected keys today, and although house buying can be tumultuous, these guys made it "almost" effortless. We have bought & sold many properties in our time, too many to mention! and the general service from estate agents seemed to be on the decline. We were so apprehensive on who to choose to sell our property having sadly experienced bad customer service in the past. our main issue being agents not returning calls, not keeping us informed as to what was going on, not getting back to us when we made inquiries about properties for sale, the list goes on..... However, we met Paula at a viewing. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the property she was showing us it only made sense to put our trust in her and signed up for her to sell for us. Well, 2 months on, the house has a buyer, not one phone call has been ignored, everyone in the branch is knowledgeable and their friendliness does not affect their professionalism at all.

Just brilliant!! Was stressful but was made so much smoother by the lovely team at Gravesend. All the team were great, James always returned my phone calls soo promptly, Charlie was really helpful updating every time I phoned, which was alot !!! Emma came up trump's at the end !! And Andrea was just amazing , we had some holdups along the way with the bottom of the chain dropping out but we got there in the end.
