From arranging our initial viewings to exchanging contracts, both Ed and Alex have been extremely helpful. Alex was an absolute star in nudging our sale along, helping to resolve any issues, keeping in contact and responding promptly to enquiries. He always did what he promised and was always very friendly and cheerful. The customer service has been great and I felt confident that we were being looked after at all times. I would highly recommend Mayhews.

We have had an excellent experience with Mayhews Horley. We both sold our property and bought a property through the Horley Mayhews branch. The team are excellent, Very professional yet approachable. We found that team always went above and beyond to keep us informed. They were extremely proactive. They also took the time to get to know us and prersonalised our selling and buying experience. Excellent property sale and purchase experience.
I spoke to three estate agents and decided to work with Mayhews. Everyone at the Horley branch is friendly, competent and professional. Matthew helped ensure the sale of our property and Karen helped reduce unnecessary delays by chasing and communicating with all parties on our property purchase.

I cannot tell you a better experience I’ve had with Mayhews. Always in your corner with supportive and caring staff. A special mention to Karen, the most helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic person. Pre-offer, the experience was great, given the deadlines we were fit in for quick viewings and negotiations happened quickly with the vendors on our behalf. Post sale was excellent, being helped every step of the way. Mayhews helped us chase the vendors and solicitors made the process easier and timely, as well as provided advice and guidance on the whole process.
