When looking for estate agents to sell my house in the summer, iBay were the only ones in the Lancaster area that I felt comfortable choosing. Paul was incredibly positive about my house, but down-to-earth and very far removed from the intense stereotype of Estate agents that, unfortunately, a lot of agents conform to.

I was told to prepare to sell within two weeks - and after 12 days, I accepted an offer. iBay kept in contact with me throughout the three months from the offer being accepted to completion and I am so glad I chose this estate agents. Thank you!

Today was my first experience of dealing with iBay, and I cannot praise them enough, having had a rather disappointing valuation of a property and feeling that it was far below reality, we were overjoyed when Paul Fort, a director at iBay provided a valuation that fitted our expectations. His professionalism and down to earth nature put us at ease straight away, having been recommended iBay through word of mouth, consider this review as my own personal recommendation. 10/10.

If your looking for a local Estate Agent that is professional and honest then look no further. I have dealt with Ibay on several Occasions, from buy to let to selling my own residential home, can’t praise them enough for their efficiency and great communication from start to finish. They are always realistic and honest on prices. We sold our house in 24hrs of marketing. The whole team are fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them enough!!
