The idea of selling our apartment that we loved so much was incredibly daunting but I must say that Elias and Kristjan (and the team) at Savills really pulled us through the experience so beautifully. Elias always made me feel supported through what is inevitably quite a stressful time, and went above and beyond in our partnership to sell my property. I feel that in the real estate arena there is literally no one better to handle a property sale. Elias is extremely skilled at managing relations between buyer and seller and I feel that anyone who has the chance to work with him on their sale (or purchase) is exceptionally lucky - as I consider myself to be.

I have recently sold my beautiful family home with Elias at Savills Primrose Hill and have purchased an apartment with Sophie at Savills Nottinghill. During what has been a somewhat traumatic period in my personal life, matters have been eased hugely by the outstanding service I received from both agents, and Savills as a whole. The chain, with myself in the middle, was coordinated seamlessly and my agents in both offices were a pleasure to work with. They have been efficient, professional, thorough and most importantly kind. The process could not have run more smoothly.

And when the going got a little tough [it wasn't a straight forward transaction and we were up against a hard deadline that had to be met] Elias really, truly got going... he co-ordinated everyone, he ensured things were moving along and he made sure the lines of communication were totally transparent and timely. Working with Tanika from Savills was a breeze! She was efficient and so kind. I was so late to meet her for our showing and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. She still took the time to show us not one, but two units and answered all of our questions! She always answered my calls or returned them in a prompt fashion which I truly appreciate!
