Very efficient lettings experience. I was lined up to view two properties close by each other on consecutive days. After some dropouts, I got in 20 mins earlier on the first viewing. Lovely house, and very nice lady showed us round. Am happy to say we put in an offer, and got offered it this afternoon

If could give them zero stars I would! Avoid them at all costs! Our deal only went through because the team at Ocean got involved to sort it all.

They work hard to win your business and treat you like dirt from there after. The house they sold us was also riddled with issues that were not disclosed!

I regret having paid them! As I am not sure what I have paid them for!

Lulu has been awesome to work with, being from the States the rental process in the UK is a bit different (a firm on every street and corner like a Starbucks), and she helped our family get into a home no problem. She was very communicative and answered any questions we had.
