We used Starkings & Watson to sell our house and I can honestly say that the service was exceptional from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, helpful, had a sense of humor and were fantastic communicators. There were a number of staff members we had a lot of dealings with, Oliver in the sales team, Carl in the sales team and Melissa in the after sales team and they were all brilliant. The sale was stressful and complex for a number of reasons (not S&W's fault) and Melissa was always helpful, professional and willing to listen to my frustrations over the 8 months we were in contact. Thank you Starkings and Watson and thank you for your charges being so fair and great value for money.

Buying a house is scary! It's a huge decision and an unfamiliar process and I'm really grateful to Starking & Waton (particularly Melissa Ellis) for their level of service.
Our purchase process took a few months and Melissa was so proactive at sending updates. The communication between us and the sellers was facilitated expertly and I was never left wondering what was going on. Melissa was great at setting expectations, both about timescales of when she'd be in contact, but also her patience gave me confidence to ask the million questions I had.
It makes a difference when an Agency who obviously deal with house buying/selling all day every day still remember that for their customers, it's a once (or twice) in a lifetime experience. Melissa and the entire team do a great job of sharing in your journey and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Easily the best letting agents I've ever dealt with.

The people are genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. Unlike other letting agents I've worked with where it feels more like you're a piece of commission rather than a person. The landlord is also genuinely great, very welcoming and considerate, they also have glowing reviews from the neighbours from when they lived here 😂

The processes are clean and efficient, paperwork is handled easily and quickly without any stress.

Any queries we've had have been dealt with super quickly and always without grief.

I had an excellent experience selling my Norwich house with Starkings & Watson. When I first decided to sell it, I spoke to several estate agents and choose Starkings & Watson because I was very impressed with Bruce's knowledge of the area and the sales strategy he devised. His strategy worked well and I got a very good price for my property. In addition, I'd like to give a special mention to Natalie from the after-sales team who kept in contact with me throughout the sale and was very supportive in all my dealings with the buyers/solicitors/lenders etc. Overall, very good experience with this company.

Excellent customer service from when they first suggested a property until the moment we completed. We would not have found our new home without their help as it was slightly beyond our search area.
