We had started with Jack, who was lovely, but when he left, Fern took over as our agent and quickly made a huge impact. We encountered some stressful hiccups with the sale of our flat, and really feel Fern went above and beyond her remit. She was dedicated, thoughtful, persistent, highly professional and a huge support to my husband and I - she really showed up the agent we had hired for our flat sale and her experience shone through. Fern was exactly what we needed and she is an absolute credit to Christies. Who knows what would have happened with our house purchase if Fern hadn't been on hand to help.

Excellent! such an easy estate agents to deal with. Fantastic with communication and made sure viewings where quality rather than quantity. Fern went above and beyond, running paper work around and communicating, daily, with all parties at the final stage in order to insure exchange happened.
