We have been letting through Martin and Co for nearly 7 years now and part of the reason we’ve stayed in this property so long is because Martin and Co make it incredibly easy to rent. As a tenant you worry that repairs won’t get sorted quickly but no matter what we report, it gets sorted promptly and efficiently. We’re always kept updated and the contractors that they use are very professional and friendly and get the job done quickly. We know a lot of the contractors now and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend Martin and Co as letting agents.

Gabrielle, the branch manager at Martin & Co, has been amazingly helpful. I was looking to change estate agents to Martin & Co but unfortunately, due to being in a contract elsewhere, I couldn’t. Gabrielle continued to check in with me to see how I was getting on with the sale of my property, offered helpful insights into the market and gave her opinion on my advert even though she knew at that time I couldn’t switch to Martin & Co.
