I had my house up with a different agent, and had no viewings in ten weeks. A friend told me about her experience with H&H and especially with David and Jamie, so I thought I would give them a try. David came round to value my house and gave me an honest appraisal of where the price should be and why I wasn't getting viewings, regarding the way it was being marketed.
All of a sudden I was getting interest due to new photos and fresh advertising. I also met Jamie who was showing people the property, which sold on the second viewing. There were a few problems with other parts of the chain, but David and Jamie sorted this out and went above and beyond in my opinion. I would definitely use these guys again. I've brought and sold quite a few houses over the years, H&H are by far the best agents I have ever used, thanks again guys.

We managed to rent a flat in Northampton through Evie Kondracki. I cannot recommend her enough, she took care of everything quickly and was very friendly when showing us around the new property. I started renting a property with Howkins & Harrison in August 2022 and the whole team have been so helpful! Evie was especially great at setting up the whole tenancy at an extremely quick but efficient rate and the lovely Mark Glenn has been so amazing and super helpful with a recent issue (to no fault of the letting agents) he has gone above and beyond trying to help get it sorted and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts.
Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone that is looking to rent :) I’m sure they’re just as great with the selling and buying side of things too!
