Fabulous people. I spent nearly two years before I found anyone willing and able to rent out my apartments in Sofia. Have now been with them about 10 years.

I finalized a purchase of a flat in Sofia 2 weeks ago using New Estate who represented the seller. It was a complicated deal, sellers were based in UK and there were quite a few issues with a divorce settlement abroad. It took ages to arrange the proper paperwork requested by the notary and my bank. Christophe and his team kept me updated at all times and made the extra efforts to make sure the deal did not fall through. Their legal team also performed flawlessly in order to satisfy the requirements of my bank and they managed to answer all the questions and concerns raised by the bank /and believe me, these were MANY!/ Keep up the good work guys and have great holidays!

We sold our flat in Sofia through NewEstate. Christophe and his team were very professional from the marketing the property to finalizing the sale. I would not have been able to complete the sale without their assistance. I would highly recommend them!

Poor & unprofessional behavior. A guy payed by commission doesn`t work Saturday morning even customer has few free hours only Saturday morning! A distance of few km from one property to another is too long for him! Finally, even he sells a customer/owner good to other customer (so, being just an intermediary) allows himself to cancel the planned view using a naughty e-mail! I`m sorry, probably I found the only one house seller who doesn`t need sell houses! BAD PROPAGANDA FOR BULGARIA AND BULGARIANS: I used to have another opinion about and I`m sure he is a „mistake”!
