The most this cowboy company can charge is 1 weeks holding deposit.

Isell recently sold our house. We were in a large chain and they worked their socks off to organise the entire chain, when nobody else seemed bothered. We’ve used a few local agents now, these were the best by a mile.

Called in 3 times to arrange a viewing. Someone on the other line took down details for 5 minutes but have had no response ever. No emails, no call backs. They couldnt even confirm if they had the property on the market. I think they are outsourcing their call pickup service and so the person on the other line is clueless. Nonetheless a waste of time and very bad experience

Just recently purchased a property through company who were very professional and supportive during the entire process. I highly recommend, great service and easy to contact when dealing with any enquiries for a smooth experience.
