From the first meeting with Matthew Lyndsay, we had full confidence that he would guide us through the process of selling - he was extremely proactive marketing our house and secured plenty of viewings. He was very honest throughout, giving us feedback straight away. Since accepting an offer, he has kept in touch regularly, helping the process move along. When we found our perfect house, we faced stiff competition and Matt was brilliant at liaising with our vendors agent to help us secure it. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been on hand for advice throughout. We know we can get in touch with him at any time. This is certainly my best experience with estate agents, and I would recommend him without reservation.

We have recently sold my mum's house as she's gone into a care home and all the staff at Deakin-White have been fabulous. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience too.... They were very patient to begin with as we had a few wobbles about what we needed to do, but ultimately they were efficient but also really sensitive and sypathetic to my situation. Everyone know how stressful selling your home is, Deakin and White made it so easy, We listened and agreed with how they proposed to price and sell our home.
The viewings were done by the amazing Sarah, who also informed us of the offers on our property.
Sarah has been consistently available for any questions, as well as extremely helpful especially with issues arising with solicitors.
