We found Geoff and the staff at Hythe very helpful, enthusiastic, and efficient. Geoff went out of his way to make us feel welcome in the office and advanced our sale and purchase so that our conveyance went through in record time. Using the Hunters conveyance service online was extremely useful.
On completion day the Hythe staff helped by confirming that our funds had not been money laundered by emailling our financial details to our solicitor., as our laptop had been packed up.
We feel that Geoff has become a friend and when we pass the office he always makes us welcome.
He is a very hard working person and always seems positive.

Due to a very sad death of my wife's Uncle back in March 2020, we were left with an uphill daunting task of clearing his extremely overloaded house, this problem was exacerbated by the Covid pandemic.

What a fantastic, professional and responsive team Geoff has at Hunters Estate Agents in Hythe. Due to the condition of the property Geoff had his work cut out. He used his contacts and negotiated a sale for us, to which we are extremely grateful. His team kept us constantly updated throughout the whole process of the house sale. We still had the proverbial nightmare caused by the purchasers solicitor, but thanks to Geoff this was resolved in a timely manner.

They where all nice and professional, gave a higher valuation than expected and house sold within one month. Photos they took where not as good as we'd liked, but didn't stop house selling. We've had far better communication and experience with personal service with then compared to 2 other experiences we've had with another agent who is much bigger in size. Nothing beats personal service sometimes and this is one of those times.

I cannot thank Geoff and his team enough, they truly went above and beyond what was expected of them.
