I am posting a comment due to the fact I live in a flat below a property rented out by Roberts and co Penwortham. My neighbour asked Roberts to repair a leaky gutter about a month ago without resolution. The gutter is about to collapse on to my property so I will be popping into the office to express my disappointment. I hate Companies who promise to resolve problems but then ignore the customer. I will update my post tomorrow after visiting the office.
