We had our house valued by 4 estate agents - and as soon as we met Matthew at Edward Knight we knew that’s who we wanted to sell our house. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and not pushy. Marketing of our house was super quick and professional - photos were taken at 10.30am and it was on the market by 12.30pm and our house sold that evening! We had lots of interest and offers which were managed respectfully and professionally by the team.

The process of selling with all parties involved in complex but Mark at Edward Knight kept the line of communication going and chased solicitors, mortgage brokers and even the vendors for the property we were purchasing. Email responses were always prompt and we were kept updated which helped to ease stress levels. We know that if it wasn’t for the work of Matthew and Mark we would not have sold at the price we did.
