Thank you to the team of Kenneth Lloyds for such great services. Imran & his team are very knowledgable & professional, they know what they are doing. They don't blag like other agents have done to me in the past but actually deliver what they say say! They managed to get my property let out during the pandemic, Whereas other agents had it vacant with them since last year October and failed to deliver! I highly recommend this agent and would definitely use them again if needed in near future!

A tenant left one of my property without informing us during the pandemic and left it in a really bad condition. Imran & his team stepped in to bring this property back to letting condition. I must say it met beyond my expectation, it looked fabulous and he had a tenant available to move as soon as the work completed! He doubled the rent on the property by making these improvements. He also helped me let another property during lockdown and got me a 20% mark up on the rent compared to what other local agents were offering. Imran definitely knows what he's doing, I would recommend him, you can't go wrong.

An absolutely terrible letting agent. I strongly suspect that the five star reviews on this site are written by Kenneth Lloyds, and are therefore extravagant lies. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, do NOT give your hard-earned cash to this lot.

The London housing market is average at best but this is NOT an excuse for the shoddiness of Kenneth Lloyds. The flat was absolutely filthy when I moved in, I was told my room would be cleaned beforehand but this was 100% not the case. The agents let themselves into the property at all hours without knocking and without notice, then claimed this was acceptable since we were all renting separate rooms on separate contracts. It's disgusting and made us all feel extremely unsafe. When things were broken or badly in need of a simple repair, my emails were often ignored or answered saying that they had other priorities in other flats. Their emails and communication were not only sporadic, but sometimes impossible to read or understand as the standard of English was so bad. They had a very quick staff turnover, which I was never surprised by if they treat their staff the same way they treat their tenants, which is with the utmost disrespect. The agents were almost certainly pretending that the flat was not being rented out in order to avoid paying extra tax on the property, we received post threatening legal action which Kenneth Lloyds did not care about. This made us feel unsafe and conned. The agents threatened me verbally. I was astounded to get out of this situation with my sanity intact. Do NOT rent with Kenneth Lloyds, take your business elsewhere.

The worst in terms of cutomer service. Travelling from Basingstoke to London to do a viewing. I was on my way and and received a message that someone paid the deposit. I was stuck nad had to come back from london in teh next train. Atleast be decent enough to show the property. A bunch of losers truely. Never waste a customers time please.

Amazing service, the team know exactly what they are doing. Had issues renting by another agency, came over to KL found amazing tenants and management has been on point.

A total scam, avoid them at all costs. I arranged a viewing today and once I get to the property they said the house was taken already with no notice nor they called me. Luckily I don’t live far but what a complete messed up agency they are

I booked a viewing with Kenneth but got cancelled the following morning. I canceled an some plan for that viewing. Was left disappointed. But not sure why I'm getting promotional emails from them. Really frustrating. Also reading their reviews, I'm kinda glad I didn't move in with them. They seem very sketchy. I also didn't like that Imran dude. I asked him several times if he would WhatsApp me. I spoke to his colleague who was however acting like a sales man though I didn't get the room.

Worst Agency I ever came across. I went to their office to find a room and Imran, the owner just didn't stop flirting with me. I don't mind some flirting but not when it's a guy. He just kept asking me to drive me to the property and clearly wanted more. The worst part was when the touched my leg in the car..

The room was awful, too and I had to move out right away because I couldn't live in such bad condition, knowing the landlord is attracted to me
