I’m a director of a property company in Watford, and have used the services of McDonald & Lloyd since 2003; buying, selling and letting property with them, so it’s fair to say I’m well placed to comment on their capabilities! I can honestly say that I have found David & Joanna to have been superb in all or our dealings. Whether it’s been ensuring that potentially tricky sales went through smoothly, or finding excellent tenants for our properties. Highly recommended, professional service.

I have used Lloyds of Watford for over 10 years to look after my rental property in Watford. I couldn't have done it without them! They found me great, reliable tenants. They were ALWAYS there for me when I needed advice, workmen for maintenance, any kind of help. They behaved like friends, really easy going, very helpful, always able to keep their sense of perspective and humour. I would recommend their professionalism and their services as a ten out of ten. Use them if you want honest, down to earth, professional, human estate agents (they do exist and they are at Lloyds!).

Having rented a number of properties from various agents over the years, I'd like to say that the service we have received from Lloyds of Watford regarding our latest home has been far and away the best.

Michael was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process.

Their system for processing the move was superb (ie. closing/opening meter reads etc), paperwork was clear, comprehensive and professional.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in both using them again, or recommending them to others.

As first time buyer, I was little scared and cautious on dealing with all the steps till completion. Although there was a delay in process of exchange and completion but received good guidance and co-operations from LIoyds of Watford.

We purchased and renting our 1st property from David. We had very good experience as he is always on top of things weather it's chasing solicitors or mortgage broker. We were lucky to complete our purchase within 10 weeks. Also so far we have not had any issue with rent or anything else with our property.
