I am a tenant on one of the Rouge Managed property. I just want to share my experience as I have living in this property for over 5 years now. I am in awe of their professionalism when dealing with any issues arise. I just want to mention one individual Davina who has been so understanding and so helpful on all my queries and issues I’m facing. Davina has been so professional and has been a go between between me and my landlord and has always do her utmost best to assist me. Thank you Davina for answering my emails and phone calls with urgency even when I’m stressed you are always reassuring and professional!

This agency is wonderful and made our journey so smooth. As doctors we have a very busy schedule but Rouge helped us in not only in finding a property according to our needs but also with easy paper work. I am specifically thankful to Mitz Patel (manager rouge property) for helping us personally.

The property we moved in had a couple of issues with the white goods. Davina has been extremely helpful. She is diligent and resourceful. We are thankful to her for getting those issues resolved in a timely manner.

What can i say? - Brilliant agent. Very responsive. Andreata in particular. She met me punctually at the property, negotiated all my requirements and the best price. Processed the paperwork in record time and provided the contract super fast. Was available after the start date to clear up a few teething problems also which was extremely helpful.
