Still have let sign near border of my property. Had to phone to ask for it to be removed. It was generating unwanted attention. Ie. Door to door sales men!

Property was moved into October time (2018) it’s now January 2019.

Please remove ASAP!

I thought i would lap up the generously low commission price to sell my house. I live in Australia and not in a desperate position to sell my house in Morecambe so i left them to it for a few months. During this time i had almost no feedback on price, viewings, marketing, nothing. I had to call and call to chase and when i did i don't even think they knew what my property was half the time.

I had a couple viewings over a few months. They showed no proactiveness or desire to sell my house despite accepting the offer. I am not dissapointed my house did not sell with them, the market is the market. I just feel like i have been dealt with a huge lack of professionalism. They only push to two stars because James was polite over the phone.

Total waste of time and thousands in mortgage payments on a vacant property.

I listed it with JDG roughly 7 days ago i can't even count the amount of viewings and offers are coming through. In a week!!!!

Purchased a property through E-Sell and could not fault the service l had. James and his team were more than helpful from day one right through to completion. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I dealt with James mainly and it was refreshing to find someone who was professional whilst still being so nice. Would certainly recommend using this estate agent for buying or selling as the personal service is second to none in my experience.

Contacted e-sell regarding a viewing and some information on a property and they was more than helpful and fitted me in! Viewing went really well and friendly throughout. Highly recommend if you are wanting to sell or buy through esell

Goes to voicemail tons of times when claim they open, just rings and straight to voicemail and when have got through just three times refuse to give us a reason they ain't doing viewings for a flat and today when rung after the third week of no information of viewing a property they hung up on us which I thought was very unprofessional and rude as my father just simply said we have left details but not heard back for three weeks and wondering if the owner won't let you show us the flat and then next thing we know we got the end call tone from the agents. Won't bother trying for that property anymore we have two other viewings with estate agents that sound happy to talk to us.

Never had a problem good friendly staff allways willing to help. And will allways make sure your happy
