just would like to thank the team at Manzil & Co Ltd for all their efforts and wonderful customer service i received from them throughout my stay in the property. i enjoyed my two years at your property and that is due to you guys and your attentiveness to looking after us and the property. will defo give you a shout when i need another property.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Manzil & Co for helping me when a few of my properties came empty because of the pandemic. I am very happy with the service I am getting. They treat me as a friend not just a client. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a great estate agent. Thanks guys.

Honestly the worst agency i have ever come across in London. Asbestos in property, black mould. Told them for a year about these problems, never fixed a single thing and then had the nerve to try and raise the rent 3 times in a year (illegal) . complete crooks, unprofessional, barely educated.They split rooms and stuff immigrants who have no other choice but to take it. 1 bathroom split by nearly 7 other people. Disgusting agency. RUN

Terrible sevices, stay away.
Fake eviction documents, harassment and extremely poor property management.

If you have problems with them contact Citizens advice.

They give themselves good reviews, check the likes for each review, they are a bunch of scammers.

My name is Omar, I was leaving in one of the properties in Ben Jonson-London from Feb to May 2020. This agency use my personal details to open a water bill account under my name without my consent once i left the house(on my contract all bills were included) months after I realized I owe to Thames water £360.00. I contacted many times with the Manzil and Co, specially to the "manager" Shamon but he is not willing to reply my mail, and Im still having that debt with the utility company and damaging my Credit Score.

I wont stop until this issue will be sorted.

Terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PROPERTIES! BEDBUGS are EVERYWHERE!!! You won't get a lot of sleep in one of their rooms! Once again: stay away from them!

My friend won't ever EVER be using you again and will be making an official complaint. Cockroaches never dealt with, landlord going in and out his room when he isn't there nor asking his permission. Too many people in one house which is in poor condition and mouldy.

This is one of the worst agency in london. We have asked them for the maintenance for months and still we have a dead oven. And the cleaner is not regular. More importantly they will never return your deposit back when you leave. This is my personal experience. Better to not deal with this agency.
