This experience has totally changed my perspective on the role of estate agency. I used to be sceptical, and (misguidedly) think that estate agents didn’t really do much to earn their commission. This really wasn’t the case with Raine and Co. The team were all great, in particular Andy Dodd the Sales Progressor from the Codicote office, who played an absolutely pivotal role, by acting as the crucial intermediary between the buyer and seller, and both parties solicitors. Can’t thank Andy enough for his continuous support, perseverance and professionalism throughout. Special thanks also to Mike Marsh for his expert guidance and advice at the beginning of the process. I would have absolutely no hesitation with recommending Raine and Co and would absolutely use them again in the future. Fantastic service, 10/10.
