Dey King and Haria Estate Agents Watford

Tried to rent several flats through them / arrange viewings. Susan stopped responding to my partners attempts at communication - via phone, email and even in-store. I assume we weren't the right type of clientele - but they didn’t need to be so rude. Maybe they're a 5-star company, we just didn’t experience it.

I’ve had an incredibly wonderful experience with Dey King and Haria Estate Agents. Samantha was my first point of contact and the one who showed me my future property. I was amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable she was on the day of the viewing. Rebecca, the sales coordinator, was then making sure the sale was going through as smoothly as it was possible. She’d always reply in minutes, called me when it was urgent, and just overall was incredibly nice, professional and supportive. I couldn’t have had a better experience and if I will be buying a property again in the future, this is the first agency I will be looking into for absolute sure! I normally don't write much reviews but the team at Dey King and Haria were fabulous & very helpful through every stage of selling our property. Although, we were not in a chain, we had agreed a sale timeline right at the onset of our initial contact and requested that we strictly abide by the same. We were regularly updated at every stage of the process and the folks especially Becky & Sam in particulate were very supportive of our situation, honest and often went above and beyond.
There was a stage where due to delays at the buyers end, we felt things were falling apart but both Becky & Sam regularly chased the required parties and ensured that things came back on track.
If you are looking for an estate agent within Watford or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend these folks.

Great experience buying a property through Dey King and Haria and working with Rebecca at the watford branch. She was professional, helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary in order to ensure the deal was done. Even though their interests were with the seller(their client) on this particular transaction Rebecca understood the importance of the sale to us personally and worked tirelessly to make it happen.

I had a horrible experience - I called to enquire about a property. The agent proceeded to take my details saying he would now have to ask me some "intrusive questions". Upon finding out my partner was a stay at home parent he immediately dismissed me. He said i should continue looking on zoopla and someone will eventually rent to me but his agency cannot, as my partner "would never pass the background check". Yet I am looking to rent a property myself and I am employed and have savings! Pretty nasty experience

I’m sat here on Christmas Day in our new home. I felt compelled to leave a review for these guys because without a doubt Sam, Samantha & Becky worked tirelessly to get us our dream home and to be in before Christmas. They went above and beyond to make this process less stressful. Their communication skills were excellent and we always felt like we were in safe hands. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Recently completed a difficult property sale with Dey King and Haria acting as sole agents. Nothing but praise for Sam and his team from the initial marketing, through to completion. The team are friendly, approachable and offer valuable advice throughout the whole process. They worked really hard to get a difficult sale over the line, with Becky their sales progressor chasing the whole chain and providing numerous updates. They always return calls and respond in a timely manner.

The company is amazing. They have rented my flats out over the last 5 years. Minimal void periods and most importantly not one missed rent payment. I cannot recommend enough. The team are always on hand to answer any queries and they actually manage the property and tenants unlike other lettings agents
