Great rental agency! The staff are honest and helpful. Andy, Vicky, and Karon were professionals. They are always easy to reach by phone or email. I have rented a townhouse from LPS for a little over a year and I have been happy. The move in and move out were a breeze. I have got my deposit back in about 3 weeks which is great. I would definitely recommend LPS to my friends and everyone else. Thank you for the great experience!

Recently sold our house through LPS. Excellent service from all the staff from start to finish, our agent Andy was approachable, knowledgeable & kept us up to take throughout the process.

Despite us being overseas when selling the property, Andy ensured things ran smoothly and was on hand to answer any questions regardless of the time difference.

Having dealt with different Estate Agents throughout Liverpool, the service provided throughout by Andy & the team was second to none.

Not impressed. Tye managed my property for about a year. In that time they never went to inspect the property and they let the gas certificate run out. They blamed both on Covid. All they seemed to ant to do was put the rent up to increase their earnings.
Not recommended - there are better out there

Not even worthy of 1 star. So unsupportive and unresponsive of tenants. Charged us over half our deposit when moving out despite a deep clean. When asked to provide proof of receipts no reply so rung and got screamed at down the phone by Vicky. So rude. Do not use.

Such a great service from LPS. Called in an out of hours leak and it was resolved straight away. Vicky made me feel like I was in such safe hands and the customer service from both her and the contractor was excellent. Can’t thank LPS enough

Very unsupportive. There was a continuous issue with the ventilation in our property and then charged us part of our deposit due to the mold that we could not have prevented. When we raised the dispute through the DPS they withheld the rest of our deposit for 3 months till the dispute was settled and ignored any emails we sent them. Luckily the DPS sent us all of the deposit back as they could not even be bothered to complete the ADR form.

LPS Liverpool - First class service from day one to the last, they couldn't do enough to help and always easy to get hold of if required. Special thanks to Karon and Vicky who made my 2 year let stress free. Definitely my go to should I be seeking residence in the area again.
