Jasmine has been extremely helpful over the entire house buying process. As a first time buyer I think I underestimated how long the process would take/the added complications along the way. With this being said Jasmine has made the process a lot easier, by keeping in contact and giving me regular updates. As well as providing information on the different steps in the process. She was also ensuring that solicitors and other estate agents were being followed up with on a regular basis. Which has been really useful! Everyone I have dealt with at Orchards have been very friendly and have tried to make things as smooth as possible.

I will definately be using Orchards again in the future and its been a pleasure working with the team!

Will, Sean and Jaz were our main points of contact and have been superb throughout our sale. Communication has been brilliant from valuation through to completion. Sean, was our main point of contact and has been very patient and upbeat in helping us to reach a successful conclusion.

As everyone will know moving is a stressful time and the team at Orchard removed a huge layer of that stress for us. We were extremely happy with the process and we do not hesitate in recommending them.

We have today exchanged on a property we are buying. The customer service we received with Orchard has been outstanding from the start. Louise did our initial viewing on the property and was just lovely, and helpful. We then were assigned Will Rosten who was always there to help with any queries or ensure that solicitors were on track with the whole buying process. I decided to ask Orchard to value my house as they had acted for me on a previous property. David Ramon arrived and I was impressed with his professionalism and his empathy to my situation which was to sell my house and buy a smaller flat in the shortest time possible. He and the rest of the team at Orchard did not disappoint- Dan, Jade, Jasmine and Olivia have all been instrumental in coordinating my sale and purchase - not always easy as I lived 150 miles away - very happy with the results.

During my recent experience with Orchards in receiving a house valuation, I found that they were friendly, professional and easy to speak to. Olivia (customer service) and David (estate agent) were particularly helpful with my query, they gave open and honest advice and even passed me onto a helpful financial advisor. If we had gone ahead with selling the house (we decided to buy out instead), there would’ve been no question in my mind to use Orchards for the sale.
