We decided to transfer our rental properties to Woodhead & Co as, in our 20 years experience, they offered the best service we have experienced. They are diligent and have an excellent understanding of the property market. We were extremely pleased that having had to to go through the court with a very difficult tenant (not one of theirs') they worked very hard to find us a new, suitable tenant within a very short time frame.
We have also placed our own home for sale on the market with them and again we appreciate the personal touch they bring to the business.

I've used their tenant find service and their charges are very reasonable. The service they provide justifies the cost. I was quickly presented with a few potential tenants and managed to secure a few of them.

I can see the potential for the agency and the direction they are heading. Hopefully, they don't get overwhelmed by the customers walking through their doors because of good reviews. However, so far so good. I would happily recommend them to others.

Lianne is absolutely amazing!!. She is extremely professional and we are really pleased with the way she manages the property. We do not and can not believe any negative feedback left from previous reviews as that is not a true reflection. The service she has provided us is excellent and She truly deserves a 5 🌟 rating, honestly speaking since she has taken over our property we have been so relaxed. She takes away the stress to manage the property with the Tennant’s, (with a recent insurance claim we have to deal with she takes full ownership). I live in one of their properties for 2 years now. I can say that is the best HOME i ever live in. Lianne Woodhead is professional and friendly in the same time and that's amazing. They just contact you when you request help and they replacing any old appliances with quality expensive ones.

Great, speedy and caring attitude. Made me feel like a valued customer rather than a pain in their sides as other Agents have. I am very new to renting and Woodhead are the ONLY Agent who have been exceptionally helpful. I thank them for that and hope it continues.

Until I moved in. House carpets had been cleaned, rest of house was filthy, items lots, not on inventory, items agreed not completed and I've had to get own trades in and pay upfront. Cleaned the house myself, replaced scaled up shower hose and head which a plumber had to remove as it was badly scaled up and ridged. Shower was thick in dirt and grease had to clean that myself just so we can get it in however my son hasn't showered because the doors are so awful. The shower is so weak its impossible to wash the soap off your body without staying in it 20 minutes. I've offered to contribute towards a pump but no one has said yes or no expect a lady in office today who said there's nothing wrong with it, obviously except its impossible to shower properly. Electric and water readings ere not done, advised no water meter when I saw it outside when I moved in, have advised them of this too. Oven was awful, filthy. Covid means clean, it wasn't cleaned and old tenants items left in house.

So, I've had the shower doors replaced. Hence putting up star rating. Trades were fantastic, tidy, courteous and as far as I can.see a nice tidy job. Thank you

We moved home recently and from beginning to end, woodhead & Co were fantastic. A special thanks to Lisa who was fantastic throughout the whole process, often going above and beyond to help facilitate the move. There was great communication and amazing service during the whole process. Thank you. Recommend.

We are moving to wellingborough from Newcastle booked for 2 viewings and travelled all the way to wellingborough and they said we mistakenly booked the viewing for next day when we contacted them. They apologised and asked to come to property for viewing at the same time today, as we get there she told they dont have key for one property as the mistake happened and she agreed to show the other one for now.

When we go inside the property, we realised its all full. She is simply saying sorry for what happened landlord not informed us and filled the property. We only had those two bookings on that day simply trusted them travelled all day to Wellingborough felt so bad about it and went back.

Very unprofessional agents, no communication in their team members as well as their landlords.. wasted our time, money and energy. Surely i will not recommend them.
