From the start of the process of buying our new home the staff that i have been in communication with have been very helpful. From Ryan Maudlin who did our viewing, handled the process of us making an offer on the property, having it accepted and explained what we should expect to happen next.
We then worked with Debbie Mead as our Sales Progressor who kept us regularly updated and answered alot of our questions throughout the process right up until exchange of contracts and confirmation of a completion date. Helping to ease the stress that comes with buying a house. I would recommend and will use Miles & Barr again in the future.

I was selling my mother's bungalow at a distance. M&B were professional and courteous from the start and made the process as straightforward as possible. When the boiler failed just before exchange of contracts, they sourced a local plumber to resolve. Their progress chaser, Debbie, kept me fully informed (and sane!) throughout the process.

Everyone at Miles and Barr were fantastic, they were proactive and kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process, I always felt valued and trusted them to ensure everything was completed correctly. All staff were always on the same page, there was never a breakdown of communication between the staff and any other parties.

Excellent service by all the staff at Miles and Barr.. Especially Stuart Lamb, Anne Marie Wilding and Suzanne Bearden.. All very professional and worked very hard to complete the timely sale, keeping us informed every step of the way.. Would highly recommend the company to all.
