We have known Carnegie for many years in both a business and social/charitable capacity. We have always found them very friendly and ease to work worth. It's always good to use local companies especially when they are family run and honest, reliable people. Stuart does a lot for charity and that shows the character of the man behind the Company.

Had a property viewing booked for the 3rd October which was cancelled by the estate agents on the day with only 2 hours notice despite several confirmation texts - we had re-arranged work plans to attend and this was cancelled with very short notice. Another viewing was arranged for 2 days later, only to be rung on the day and say the property was no longer available. Poor communication - always very last minute. Will not use them in future.

I won’t use any other agent when finding tenants. Stuart and the team are professional and wise. Always responsive to questions and providing excellent advice when ensuring the most suitable tenant is found. You definitely feel like a valued customer when working with this family run business.

Our house was marketed and an offer was accepted within a week. They have great knowledge of the local area and are fast and efficient throughout the sale process. Very reasonable fees too!

By far the best experience I have had with an agent full stop. When renting the property they have been scrupulously fair to both sides and have always rented the property successfully over a period of 20+ years.

On the sale side they found a buyer quickly, showed the property well and the sale went through exceedingly quickly, despite on ebuyer pulling out. Their speed of response and professionalism is highly recommended.

We arranged our rental through carnigie, they made life really easy, from several viewings to the final move day. The few minor bits and bobs we have needed repairs on have gone well so far.

Carnegie are great value and offer a great service. They managed to pack a weekend full of viewings for us when we put the house on the market and secured 7 offers from that one weekend. Just a flat fee, no percentage, sold our house and saved us '000s!! Highly recommended.
