They don't like us asking too many questions about the houses available, because they don't know what to answer due to the little information they have about the houses they sell and/or rent.

The house we went to see was advertised on two different websites:
* Furnished at a price;
* Unfurnished at a different price - The real estate agent didn't know this...

Then we wanted to know if the stove was gas or electric?
If the washing machine also dried, or if it only washed?
The real estate agent didn't know...

We asked by email for a second visit to the house, but they didn't even respond...
Most of the time they don't respond to emails asking for additional information, and when they do they are rude and don't respond to what we ask in full.
So far we are waiting to be contacted...
Very disappointed in the way we were treated, incompetent and arrogant staff.
I do not recommend!

Funcionários arrogantes e muito pouco profissionais.
Não gostam que façamos muitas perguntas sobre as casas disponíveis, até porque não sabem o que responder devido á pouca informação que teem sobre as casas que vendem e/ou arrendam.

A casa que fomos ver estava anunciada em dois sites diferentes:
* Mobilada com um preço;
* Não Mobilada com outro preço diferente - A agente imobiliária não sabia disto...

Depois quisemos saber se o fogão era a gás ou se era eléctrico?
Se a máquina de lavar roupa também secava, ou se só lavava?
A agente imobiliária não sabia...

Pedimos por e-mail uma segunda visita á casa, mas nem responderam...
Na maioria das vezes não respondem aos e-mails com pedido de informação suplementar, e quando o fazem são rudes e não respondem ao que pedimos na totalidade.
Até agora estamos á espera de sermos contactados...
Muito desapontado na forma como fomos atendidos, funcionários incompetentes e arrogantes.
Não recomendo!

I rented a property for over 15 years and every dealing with Christina was rude, abrubt, like I was always bothering her. She didn’t turn up for the end of tenancy checkout and was again very rude in her tone, words and manner, in fact I’d say she has no manners!! Don’t go near this vile, unpleasant person.

Brookstones took over our lease about halfway through a 2 year tenancy and they were a massive improvement from the previous agent! Christina is quick to reply and very helpful when it came to any issues in the property. Thanks guys!
