A little late to write a review however its better late than never! 😀 Bought our first home with Newboulds & Co in January 2022 and I must emphasise they are truly a perfect example of how an estate agency should operate. The team are such thorough professionals and always ready to go an extra mile to help. Had an amazing experience with David Long whilst Barry Fog and Leah supported when David was away. Not a day went by without these amazing people updating me throughout on the progress of the property. I was thoroughly updated through every step of the buying process.

David was our personal contact throughout the buying process. He was always very reliable, honest, friendly and thorough. Always ensured the emails were answered swiftly without any hesitations and went above and beyond to keep the progress of the property running smoothly. He also proactively engaged with the seller and solicitors throughout which reflected in us getting the property and keys in 2 months time.

I originally found Newboulds & Co through a number of local Facebook group recommendations. We thought it would be a challenging time to sell (instructing at the very end of the stamp duty holiday period) however David Long was fantastic from the moment he came over for a valuation all the way through to completion day.

From taking care of the little details - such as following Covid advice (something that another Agent had to be asked to do!) to the larger tasks - such as dealing with difficult conveyancers, David navigated the complexities with ease; keeping us informed every step of the way. He genuinely cares about his clients and was always there for us, answering any questions and give us honest advice on certain matters.

There really isn't an Agent that comes close to Newboulds, so my husband and I highly recommend them without a doubt.

As first time sellers, Newboulds has been tremendously professional and helpful throughout the process.

1. David and Barry were always just an email or phone call away. They provided knowledgeable, considered, and comprehensive responses to our questions. This was evident as early as the valuation stage, and it was the main reasons that we went with them. Having David as a main point of contact throughout the entire process also created consistency and accountability that I feel the bigger chains lack.

2. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the listing. The photographer returned a second time to take extra photos upon request. They also took good care of the buyers - we had two viewings very quickly and both resulted in offers.

3. We organized a number of services using their recommended businesses (cleaner, rubbish removal), which had proved to be very reliable and of good value. We also had to bother them with a varied range of admin tasks, some of which are not their responsibility, but they were nevertheless very keen to help.

Honest, trustworthy and professional, we'd totally use David and Barry's services again!

Newboulds acted as our agent to find a new tenant for a property in Shepperton. The service was excellent throughout; professional, informative, comprehensive and friendly, and new tenants were found and all moved in within three weeks of Newboulds being instructed.

We will definitely be going back to them as and when the need arises.

We rented my partner's property in Lower Sunbury through Newboulds and found both Leah and Barry to be most helpful and extremely patient with all the questions we asked. We brought our property in Shepperton earlier this year and can say that we had nothing but a brilliant experience from David and his team. The property is a lease hold and quite a complicated process so it took a bit longer than expected but David was there to answer any questions almost immediately. He was very helpful and always so polite. We love our new home and living in Shepperton and feel very grateful to newbounds for helping to make this happen. If we ever decided to move home I would have no doubt in using these wonderful estate agents to do so.
