Emailed Mon 8th Aug for more info on a property, chased by calling Wed's 10th and on Fri 12th, on Fri 12th was told they couldn't find the info and someone was back from holiday on Mon so would get to me then. Didn't hear anything so chased Fri 19th and was told by Jade that someone would get back to me on Friday - didn't hear anything. Feel sorry for the people who have trusted them to sell their property when they're ignoring interested potential buyers

The Bovey Tracey branch of Bradley's were dealing with our sellers purchase so not even directly involved with us. Right from the start when we first marketed my aunt’s house, Stuart was always positive and realistic about the likelihood of sale and always responded quickly to emails and messages. This was especially helpful as we lived some 200 miles away so knowing someone was effectively dealing with matters as they arose was a great comfort.
