We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend them enough, polite and professional.

I have been working with Saxon Shore for around 7 months in pushing through a purchase for our dream home.

The chain was quite sizable, and was mentally tough on both myself and my family; however Richard, Kim and the team were on hand to help manage our own expectations, guide us through the process and also do this in a way that represented the seller in a way that benefits both parties.

I will put this out there, I was quite difficult during the discussions and Saxon Shore were incredibly patient, and I write this review as a thank you and as a cilent that absolutely would recommend for both experience in the industry and in terms of customer / sales engagement.

My experience of Saxon Shore has been a good one. Excellent at the stages of valuation and viewings. Although the process of moving towards completion had several delays, caused by other parties, overall communication from Saxon Shore was clear. The fees were also competitive. Thank you.

Highly recommended, a real pleasure to work with. I had 3 valuations booked with local estate agents and I can honestly say they were head and shoulders above the rest! The high standard that was set never dropped throughout the whole process of selling our property, it really did put my mind at ease and knew it was all in safe hands.
The initial valuation carried out by Richard & Kieran was very transparent. They were very clear on what would be achievable, no additional charges and it was clear from the off that they had the drive and passion to sell our property.
The photography carried out by Pauline was outstanding and really did help show our property to its full potential at a competitive selling fee.
Our property soon sold after a short time on the market and then in come Kim, who continued to take care of the sale right through to completion.
I can honestly say Kim pretty much removed the stress away from this part of the sale. Kept the communication flowing throughout the chain, chasing up loose ends and ensuring we were always making progress. It was nice not having to chase or worry about things slowing up, you can be sure Kim will already be on it and dealing with any matters.
