Sacha and her team are superb! From start to finish their service was exemplary.

The initial valuation was in line with market benchmarks and wasn't over valued which a number of companies are currently doing to secure listings. They listened to our input on marketing text and photos.

The process of open house day was well managed with vetting of viewers and allowed us to feel confident that we would secure a good offer.

The process after acceptance was our main worry but Sacha / Nicky and Judy all played a huge role in making sure that communications and actions were carried out by both parties.
