Absolutely recommend Eastons - I’ve had a flat being rented out through them for some years and they have been great. Tenants have, on the whole, been very good - and with the one exception - they worked with me to resolve problems. I’d have been completely stuck without their help. Now that things are again running smoothly it is nice that they still contact me; just to say Hi! and check I have no issues. Thank you Team Eastons!

Be careful if you are a leaseholder in a block they manage. They made me take up a timber floor in the lounge of a GROUND FLOOR flat that had been down for 21 years without a single complaint re noise. They cost me £1.000

We have used Eastons twice, once to buy and once to sell a property. We are really grateful for the team who got us moving and sold our property earlier this year in a quick and professional manner. We had contact with several of the team, all of which couldn’t have been nicer to deal or couldn’t have done more to answer our questions and get our house sold. Kath was really lovely to deal with throughout the selling process, was in constant contact updating us with viewings and feedback, Drew was very professional and got some great photos and marketing organised. David was brilliant when it came to closing the sale and as a go between for solicitors, keeping on at everyone when we were waiting for replies or answers.
