This service is very personal, Julie, Laura and Amelia are always available to answer questions and follow up any ongoing issues with solicitors. Friendly & polite the entire team go above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. My last property was sold within 8 weeks and I’m sure that was due to the amazing video Rob produced of my home online. Open house sold our house in 4 weeks of it being on the market. Very impressed with their service from the moment Rob came to do our initial valuation, I had multiple valuations from different estate agents and Rob was definitely the most prepared and able to present a report straight away. No pushing what's so ever to go with them like other estate agents tend to do and left the decision entirely up to me. We got full asking price for our property and Open house were very supportive from start to finish, Amelia was great at always answering my calls or emails promptly. Very good and affordable fees, couldn't be happier with my decision to use Open House!

Didn't think I would use Open House, but they were the first estate agent that could arrange a viewing valuation, from that first visit with Rob I knew I could trust him with our house sale, I cancelled other estate agents visits that very day, although we had a false start, the team went above and beyond in the sale of our house. It took longer than expected, due to buyers solicitor, but on any call I made they were extremely helpful, chasing up on any concerns we had, keeping us updated with any information.
So glad I used OH and will recommend them to anyone selling their home.
