Steve in particular was amazing, calm, collected, yet absolutely on it when the conveyancers were a nightmare to get hold of. He liaised wonderfully with everyone involved, chased for us when we couldn't get anywhere, came up with a plan of action when it was looking like we'd never reach the finish line. He let me rant so much over the last few days before we finally exchanged.
