We had four estate agent value our house and they all gave very similar valuations, we decided to go with Martin & Co because they came across as being more friendly & personal but still professional in their approach.
Our decision turned out to be the right one as they were excellent from start to finish, all the staff from Ian who came to do the valuation and photo's, Ellie who did the viewings and Liz who dealt with our buyers and both solicitors were very friendly and helpful throughout.
We give Martin & Co our highest recommendation to anyone looking for an estate agent as they made the whole process of selling our house easy for us.

Martin & Co dealt with our recent house move and we were really impressed with their service. They were much better value than the other quotes we received and were so friendly and professional. They gave us some great advice leading to us getting a much better offer than expected. We had lots of stress with leading up to the exchange and completion and the team there went above and beyond sorting issues, making phone calls, working with our solicitors and being very patient when we rang up stressed for the 8th time in one day! Not sure we could have done it with out their support, particular thank you to Liz and Ian.

I cannot recommend Martin and Co enough. I have sung their praises all throughout the process of selling my property. Moving is stressful at the best of times but the complexities and added Covid-19 pressure were intense, yet Martin and Co kept in touch sometimes even daily with updates.
Martin and Co staff are all professional yet friendly, they are also skilled negotiators liaising with buyers and solicitors. Value wise they are competitive but the price does not reflect on the standard. Gold standard service with a value that doesn't break the bank.
I would not hesitate using them again and will be recommending them to anyone that is thinking of selling.
