Where do I start? Buying your first home during a national lockdown was never part of the plan, but Tim made what seemed like a huge chore, an enjoyable and easy process. He embodies a deep knowledge of his industry, is truly professional at all times, is consistent and has a ton of good old fashioned charm.

From the first viewing to completion (all done in a record time between June and July 31st) it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tim. He was efficient, transparent and a gentleman (his immaculate attire put me to shame!) and was the perfect go between for both parties.

Needless to say, we have found and now moved into our dream (forever) home, so we hopefully won't need Tim's services ourselves but would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in Chester (& Cheshire). Thank you Tim!
