Asked Whitegates for a valuation on my property. Took all my details and told them my current tenant would arrange date and time. After agreeing a time they then cancelled. I phoned the office and they denied making the original appointment and said I could rearrange. Total wasters. Too much easy business. No wonder estate agents are one of the most disliked to deal with.

I used Whitegates for a sale and their service was excellent from start to finish.

With solicitor delays, they chased everything with my solicitors and the solicitors of the buyers. They were always available for any queries by phone or email.

For what is always a stressful process, I can’t fault anything at all with Aimee and the team.

We recently purchased a property from whitegates, found them easy to deal with, polite and professional. At times we found them a little slow to respond back to questions/queries but as we were first time buyers and had very little to communicate to the estate agents nor were we in a rush so it wasn’t a massive issue. I would recommend them and would use them again if ever we were to sell and buy another property.

We've recently purchased a house through Whitegates Ilkeston. Theses guys are very accommodating, they fitted us in for a house viewing at short notice and at a time that suited us. They were great at keeping us up to date with latest information regarding our house purchase. We can't fault them at all.
