Prime Choice - Estate Agents & Letting Agents in Kettering

I have worked with the Kettering branch of Prime Choice for a few years now carrying out various maintenance work on their properties. It is a delight working with all the staff they are always friendly, professional and knowledge. Specifically Liz Rae who mostly manages my work load and Bev Summerly for sorting my invoices.

Prime Choice was our first choice of letting agents over 11 years ago. In all that time they proved to be very professional and extremely helpful. Any issues we had were handled quickly and we were always kept updated. They gave us complete confidence in letting throughout our time with them. They are undoubtedly highly recommended.

Just moved into my new home that i was shown by Liz, she was amazingly helpful from start to finish. Not only that but the two girls i dealt with in the office! i think they’re called steph and kirsty were just amazing and so so helpful with every question i had no matter how stupid i felt! Amazing service and definitely will be staying with them!

I used these agents for 4 years and one month whilst renting. The people are lovely and knowledgable. During our 4 years and 1 month of rent, I didn't have one bad word to say about the agency Prime Choice.

There was an instance where the Landlord sent round a gass saftey man for a boiler check without letting the agency know. This only happened once, and they were extremely apologetic and understanding when I called up, and it wasn't even their fault at all.

Pay your rent, look after the property you live in, and you will not have one problem with Prime Choice.

I was a tenant with Prime Choice for 12 years, they have always been a pleasure to deal with, great communication with professional standards. The Kettering team are so kind and friendly and always quick to sort out any issues that I had, especially helpful towards the end of my tenancy.
