Jodie Lockley was amazing getting us to sale stage and selling the property she was simply brilliant and then Jo Godfrey like a guardian angel keeping us updated all through the process.. Really pleased with the lettings service provided by PL. Katie and Melanie were a great help in finding the tenant for me and resolving any issues along the way. The response time from them was quick whenever I had any questions or a problem. They kept me updated throughout the process.

My wife and I spoke with their broker Tom Bailey-Smith and, although we didn't proceed with the offer in the end, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfailingly polite and courteous throughout, and answered all our idiot questions with humour and professionalism.
