I am very happy with the service that Express Sales provided. This is not the first time they are selling or renting out a property on my behalf and I would definitely recommend them. They are professional, patient and understanding. Kerry is very helpful and kind. I am happy to always return to Express for any estate agent services. Excellent and friendly!

From the first point of contact with Express Sales to completion of the property I received an excellent service. Kerry was my main contact and she ensured I was kept informed at all times. A few months ago I had never heard of Express Sales, and now I am recommending them to all my contacts. If you want a professional and efficient service I would highly recommend Express Sales you will be guaranteed a stress free sale or purchase.

Express Sales were great. I often wonder why estate agent fees are so high but they were definitely worth it. They were efficient and effective and made the whole process work.
Brad & Kerry urged me to allow them to market my flat for the bank holiday and had sold it within the week. As with a lot of leasehold properties, our management company were very slow to provide the necessary information, the buyer became inpatient, Express Sales kept him calm and kept everything on track.

This will be my second review for Express Sales, as in total I have used their services three times now so you could say “I am a repeating customer”. Having shopped around I keep coming back to Express Sales because I am so impressed on their fantastic customer services. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff, on arriving in the office I was greeted with a broad smile 😊 and they spent as much time as I needed to understand the whole process of selling and buying my sons house.

My son placed it on the market With Brad and he immediately added this to all the relevant internet sites for a full range of marketing his house, how long was this I would say 3 hours amazing.

The same night they had approx 6 viewers and a further 5 the following morning all introduced through Express Sales. Did they sell it ? Yes they certainly did!. The negotiating was second to none and worked at all time for the benefit of my son and providing sure he received the correct buyer.

2. Would I recommend them? yes I would.
3. If you really want to sell or buy a property then before you decide on Agents just call them first, and judge for yourself.. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first time using Express Sales and I wasn't disappointed. From initial contact to completion they have been extremely responsive to any queries I may have had. I never had to chase them for an update as I was always kept up to date with the sale of my property.

On top of the fantastic service provided, I also saved a large amount of money on fees compared to other high street agents.

I would not hesitate in using them again and would advise anyone looking to sell to give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. These are a brilliant letting agent. Janine and Sophie are professional and approachable and will get back to you quickly. When anything needed doing it was sorted ASAP. I also got a box of goodies the day I moved in which was a lovely touch.
