I have used Martin & Co for 3 of my properties in the last 12 months. I always find them extremely professional, prepared to listen to my requirements, and efficient in the way they do business. They mirror my high standards, so they are an ideal business partner for me. Unlike a lot of other agencies, they are not just interested in renting the property out as quickly as possible, but more importantly, ensuring the right calibre of tenant. The office staff are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I have started a new tenancy managed by Martin & Co and I'm very pleased with their customer service. Since the time the viewing was arranged until the completion of tenancy setup, I have interacted with them on email, phone and in person.
