This is the second time we have sold a property through The Property Centre and both transactions have been quick, smooth and straightforward.

The sale which completed yesterday was for £10k over the agreed asking price. Offer accepted to completion was 9 weeks, at a time when other estate agents (I own property outside Worcester, where The Property Centre sadly don't have an office) are telling me that the average is 16 weeks for a straightforward sale!

Dan negotiated with the potential buyers on our behalf, doing a considerable amount of research to understand the chain and explain to us the situation of each interested party.
