From first meeting Helen from Colonia, who took us around a property with a view to purchase, we decided to sell our house with this local estate agent and we were so pleased that we did. Sophie came round to value our property and provided us with a really good package. The photographs for our property were professionally produced and we were given the final say on the draft for the listing. This was all done in a professional manner with a slight hiccup as the listing went live, but this was dealt with quickly to our satisfaction. Viewings were arranged for the property to suit our needs and the result was that our house was sold quickly for the full asking price.

Helen then acted as the agent for buying our property and she recommended suitable and affordable solicitors for conveyancing. We have had a really good professional relationship with Colonia throughout the sale of our house and the purchase of our next property.
