Larkes Estate Agent

I really recommend this agent. The team have been excellent through my whole journey. They sold my house in Great Yarmouth for a much better price than I thought I would get. It really pays to have a good team. They also helped my buy a new property too and the whole time communication were excellent. I have since decided to rent out the property and again Larkes, in particular James has been brilliant. 10/10

Where do I begin...My husband Ben and I are SO incredibly thankful to Larkes for going above and beyond with helping us rent our new house. Moving house can be very stressful but luckily this stress was taken away by working with this amazing company. We called James Larke with very specific house requirements and within hours we were viewing a house with those specifications. The next day, all was done and dusted and we were scheduled to move into our new house two weeks later. Thank you so much for making our move so smooth and for really going above and beyond what is expected. We are so grateful.

We finally moved after a long a difficult process but both Stephen and Edward were there to re-assure us and give advice every step of the way. Thank you again for your help. Apologies for the delay posting this review. There has been a fair amount of re-decoration to do. However finally managing to move in has been more than worth it and without the help of you both, I don't think we would have had a successful outcome.

I had an amazing experience with Larke's estate agents they were extremely professional in every way through out my time dealing with them. I couldn't recommend them enough when looking to buy or rent a house.

Not happy with Larkes Estate Agents, myself and my husband put an offer in on a property which was accepted but owner didn't want to remove from market until we had sold our property, which is fair (baring in mind we put our house on the market FOR this property). We proceeded to go ahead with our mortgage application, paid our mortgage advisor fees and accountant for an early tax return for the mortgage, only to find out that the property has been removed from the market and Larkes FAILED to even contact us to let us know, began emails back and fourth with them and basically we get told in a nut shell better luck next time. It's a total lack of BASIC COMMUNICATION.. A phone call or voicemail to explain its been sold to somebody else would have sufficed, any other estate agents would have done it! It may have saved us in fees! When were we going to be informed?! Not even an apology via email, overall a terrible experience.

Be aware ! Don’t use this letting agents ! I have been contacting them for weeks and weeks about getting the remaining money back and they have chosen to ignore my emails. Totally unacceptable ! We have never missed a rent payment for over 5 years! If it was the other way round I’m sure things would have been very different ! Have the decency to reply !

Waste of time, never answer emails and when my sister visited the shop found them very rude and had no interest

Ridiculously unprofessional service. Is there a zero star? They gave a specific rigid time 1230 on a particular day for viewing not even flexible for 30 minutes. I had to cancel a meeting presentation at work which caused changes to the event timetable. They did not think it necessary to inform me the viewing got cancelled until I called them to check. They lack basic communication courtesy.
